1450 Owens

For Iwamoto Scott’s 1450 Owens, we engaged early in the design process to help shape the cladding strategy for the building’s primary entrance, contributing to the panelization and detailing of 16-foot tall GFRC panels for the building’s entry portal.

Working closely with the design and construction teams, we used our in-house BIM to execute the design intent and coordinate a smooth installation process. The result is a refined cladding solution that enhances both the spatial experience and the architectural language of the workplace.

EMBEDDED DETAILS

The entry sequence is defined by a monolithic concrete portal that frames the exterior wall. An embedded company logo is integrated directly into the material, establishing a strong identity while maintaining a refined, understated presence.
