For The Village at Corte Madera, we worked alongside LandDesign, led by designer Chad Kovaleski, and Bayley Construction to create a series of custom concrete elements throughout the outdoor retail environment. The scope included two custom water features, integrated U-shaped and curved benches, curved coping, and a Calor 60 fire table from MANOS.
Developed as part of the broader landscape, each element serves a distinct purpose while sharing a consistent material language. Together, the fountains, seating, and fire feature create places to gather, pause, and move through the open-air shopping center.
Custom Site Elements
The project brings together custom concrete fabrication and our MANOS collection within a single environment. From curved concrete seating integrated around the water features to a fire table anchoring a gathering area, each piece was closely coordinated with the design and construction teams to become part of the surrounding landscape.
